Wet-process phosphoric acid adopts carbonate oxide, water-soluble calcium nitrate insoluble matter, organic matter and other components, and goes through solvent extraction, decomposition and freezing process.
When phosphoric acid is hydrolysis, a large amount of carbon dioxide will be produced. The carbon dioxide and oxidation will occur in the air, and then the slurry surface will appear a layer of foam layer. With the continuous accumulation and increase of foam layer, foam will be accompanied by the overflow of raw materials from the container, and waste of raw materials will cause workshop pollution. The result is that the phosphoric acid produced by acid hydrolysis is of poor quality.
Wet-process phosphoric acid defoaming agent has high stable dispersibility and permeability, and high temperature resistance can be at 80℃~200℃.
